I decided to cut Brooklyn's hair. She asks me to do it all of the time. I never wanted to, because her hair is SO beautiful. She hates it being combed though. Finally, Tuesday, I gave in. I was only going to cut 4 inches off. And I did. On half of her hair. The other half got 6-8 inches cut off. I'm not quite sure how it happened. But it did and then I had to even up her hair. So it's a few inches shorter than I wanted. But it is way easier to brush out. She told me yesterday that she LOVES short hair. I still feel like crying sometimes. But the house is more peaceful.

It doesn't look that short. But it looks cute. I love her pose in the 2nd picture. Her hair IS tangly, I noticed that when I was tending. Maybe you can keep it short until she gets old enough to stand the snarls. And it will grow back!
I can't believe you had the courage to cut her hair! It still looks beautiful and long. I have been tempted to cut Lauren's hair, but I don't dare.
