The Fair!

Monday night we went to the fair! It was SO much fun. While we were walking back to our car, Robert and I were talking about how much fun it was this year. We think it was so much fun because it didn't cost us much.

We parked at his sister Lisa's house who lives down the street so we didn't have to pay for parking. Lisa fed us dinner (she is VERY nice and it was VERY good.) Then we walked to the fair. The first Monday of the fair is always family day. The kids get in free, and the adults get in at a discounted rate. Lisa had also given us a free ticket to get in. So we only had to buy one adult ticket. Plus, my mom gave us some tickets to ride the rides for free.

Here are some of the things the kids did.

Below: Robert and Brooklyn on the carousel.
Jacob, Little Robert, and Brooklyn going into the fun house.

Here is Jacob and Robert on a ride. If you think Little Robert looks sick... he is. His mom Lisa said that this was the ride that "did him in" the year before. He was fine as soon as he got off this time though.

This is a picture of Emma, Katie, Brooklyn, and Eli (not Becca's Eli). Emma and Eli are the kids of our friends Audrey and Tyler. Katie is our niece.

The kids got to each have their own cotton candy, Robert got a lemonaid, and I got french fries.

Nathan really was there and was really good. He liked the animals.
I just forgot to take a picture.
No lectures Mom!
