We had such a fun Halloween this year! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays!!
Here's a video of Nathan and my dad playing before going out Trick-Or-Treating. His costume is SO CUTE! I love it.
What a HAUL! Ever year after Halloween, we do a candy buy back. We took our kids to the store the day before Halloween and they each picked a toy. Then after trick-or-treating, they pick about 10-15 pieces of candy and then they trade the rest of their candy to us for their toy. Robert and I figure we come out ahead of the game, because it keeps them from getting cavaties and colds from eating so much candy. (I know candy doesn't cause colds, but it sure makes their bodies unhealthy). After Jacob dumped out his candy, Nathan came running over VERY excited. Nathan only had a teeny pile because he didn't trick-or-treat as long.
That made Nathan feel pretty bad. But when ever Jacob wasn't looking, he took some candy and would try hiding it. That's what this pictures is. Nathan trying to hide the candy so Jacob couldn't see he had it.

I'm glad Nathan snuck some extra candy. ;) The kids were so CUTE and I love how Nathan ran screaming and growling through the house.
I can't believe how old Nathan looks! Its a good thing since he's going to have to give up his "baby of the family" spot soon. 101 days!
Nathan's costume is so cute, and I love Brooklyn's eyes! Also, Jacob's white face at the office party is very cool!
Cute kids! I love the candy buy back program. But...who eats the candy? I would have a really hard time throwing away perfectly good candy!
ME! I eat the candy. I keep meaning to go put it in my cold storage but it hasn't made it there yet. Robert hasn't touched one piece. In about a week, he'll ask me where t is, and I'll tell him. Then he'll get mad at me for eating out all the good stuff. It happens every year.
Stacy I love the photo of Brooklyn looking at her candy! Sweet of you to mention me in your blogging! You are also very nice and you have a lovely family! The party was fun....now we are so close to Thanksgiving. I need to get blogging....so much to do. Take care!
