This past week, we went to Bear Lake for Robert's family reunion. We were in charge this year, so last September, we made reservations for a group site.
It was so much fun!!! The campsite was nice and the company was nicer!! We had such a good time!
Here is who was there (in random order):
Lisa,Sam and their 5 kiddos, Robert, Joseph, Arthur, Ginger, and Ava.
Emmalee, Scott and their 3 kiddos, Luke, Katie, and Sarah.
Marsha, Randy, and their kids Zach (who brought his cute GF Clarissa), Tawny, (who brought her cute little baby Jaxton), Chanel, Isaac, and Arianne.
Gord came with his family, Gordy and Jill, Mark, and Russell.
Our friends Jed and Lisa and their kids came for a visit to try out their boat.
And of course we were there with our kids.
Jill's parents were SO nice and let us use their boat. It was so much fun riding on the boat and watching people tube and ski (and TRY to ski).
The kids caught frogs galore on the beach. It was catch and release though. Luckily for the frogs. Or unluckily because they probably just kept getting re-caught.
We had a floating island there for the kids to play on. That was so much fun for them.
At night, a daring, fearless skunk would enter our camp whether we were there or not. It really could have cared less what we were doing. It ran around eating stuff off of the ground. I thought it was beautiful, and scary at the same time.
We loved trying out our new tent trailer. It got pretty cold at night, but we stayed pretty warm with the heater.
I'm much too tired to try to put these pics in any order. So here they are in random/backwards order.
These are some pictures of our floating fun island. The kids happen to be giving the frogs that they caught a "boat tour".
Swimming in the lake!
Playing in the sand.

so fun! we were so glad that we could be part of the reunion-hehe. your family is great! thanks for being such great friends.
I'm so happy you blogged! LOL
That was a HUGE skunk. I was freaked out just watching the video. I would have so been out of there in real life. Only us who have been in the vacinity of a skunk who has sprayed a person or area you are trying to live in know what that entails.
I love Bear Lake. We are going for sure next year. The kids were darling. Where was cute Brooklyn and Chloe?
i am laughing out loud-again. i guess that i read your post before all of the videos. that skunk was even funnier than i thought it would be. skunks and dating should be brought up in every conversation. in fact that should be a law.
Yeah, what was the whole dating thing about? I was thinking, I can't hear everything they are saying. LOL BTW, it should be a rule that no one can bring a boyfriend or girlfriend on vacation unless they are engaged. Rob's rule sounded good.
It has been forever since we've been to Bear Lake - looks like so much fun we need to go again soon! I can't believe the frogs... my kids would probably freak out! (guess that means we need to get them camping more!)
your reunion looks like so much fun! did you try to wake board?
Stacy as always it is obvious everyone had a wonderful time!
Love the pictures! I'm SO bummed we missed it! sigh... by the way, where are you? It's been over a month! Update! :)
