For the past few months, Rob has been working on our basement. Over the Christmas break, we both worked almost every free minute down there.
We can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are going today to pick out carpet. I just need to finish up painting the kids' rooms and Robert needs to finish a lot of little things. I really want to get Jacob and Brooklyn moved down there before the baby comes. Because I really want to re-paint Jacob's old room for Nathan, and Brooklyns old room for the baby and clean the carpets. And then we can take back our office, and I can get this stupid computer desk out of our bedroom. And then I can clean mine and Robert's carpet. And then I will be eternally happy! ;)
Here's what I looked like after painting with the sprayer!

haa haa I love the picture of you!
What no goggles? Are you blind now? I bet it took forever to get that out of your hair! I have never used a sprayer before, now I know why! Pretty funny!
How did you get that out of your hair?!?
Don't you think you have too much on your plate before this baby is born? I wish I was there to paint for you. Be careful!
Suprisingly, the paint came out of my hair VERY easily. I guess because it falls on your hair as teeny tiny little droplets and dries very quickly, it doesn't stick very much. It's funny because if you look at each individual piece of hair, it's way thicker than it actually is, because the paint would build up on the hair.
The parts that were hard to come off were my hands and arms where I would brush actual paint off the walls.
If I had worn goggles, I would never have been able to see. My contacts mostly protected my eyes. :) I did collect paint in the corners of them for a few days.
I will be over the last weekend in January to help you move the kids downstairs. When is your carpet coming? Your basement looks wonderful. Wow, you guys have done so much in such a short time. I'm so excited to see you eternally happy! LOL
I'm gettting excited for the baby to come!!! I can't wait to hold her.
Are you giving house tours when you're all done? I want to see all of your hard work!
I think we will give tours. They will even be free!!
I thought you were a mime for Halloween and that was your costume.
